How is my order packaged?
Each cut is vacuum-sealed in a controlled environment to maintain freshness, reduce oxidation and maximise shelf-life.
Storage guidance:
• Keep refrigerated if using within 48 hours
• Freeze promptly for longer storage
• Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for best results
Refunds & Changes
What if there's a quality or order issue?
If you experience any quality concern, packaging fault, or order discrepancy, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery — including clear photos and your batch label. Our quality team will review the case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement delivery or credit.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Changes are possible only before cutting or processing begins. Once an order has entered the curation stage, it cannot be reversed due to strict food-safety and handling regulations.
How do refunds or credits work?
Approved refunds or credits are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and confirmation. Credits can be applied toward your next order or festive-season Chef’s Box subscription.
